My name is Allison DeCarlo and I am the new 3rd grade teacher at Falmouth Elementary School. I recently took a year to live in the mountains of Montana. I taught an amazing group of 5th graders there and we all skied as much as possible.

Alex is my husband's name and Daria is my daughter's name. She is 18 months old and loves to learn. She is very happy to be back in Maine with her family where she was born. She loves winter as much as we do and cannot wait for the snow!

Before moving to Montana, I taught at Ocean Ave Elementary School in Portland, Maine for 4 years. My favorite thing about teaching is helping students discover their strengths and gain confidence in their abilities. I work hard to create a classroom that is bursting with new ideas, comfort with failure, and support for one another.
